Job Title: Room Leader

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30am-6:30pm, 40 hours per week
Pay: £29,120 per annum

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
• At least 1 years’ experience leading a room or team in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to use initiative
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and experience in planning and monitoring children’s learning and development
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine love for working with children

Responsibilities:
• Leading and supporting the team to provide high-quality care and education
• Overseeing the planning and delivery of daily activities in line with the nursery’s curriculum and the EYFS framework
• Acting as Key Person, maintaining accurate learning and development records
• Ensuring the environment is safe, welcoming, and meets all health and safety requirements

Job Title: Senior Nursery Practitioner

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7.45am-3:00pm, Friday :7:45am-3.00pm, 34 hours per week
Pay: £24,570

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery setting
• Ability to lead by example and model best practice
• Confidence in supporting and mentoring junior staff
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to use initiative
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS and experience in planning and monitoring children’s learning and development
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine love for working with children

Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Room Leader in leading the nursery team to provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Planning and delivering activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Leading by example and modelling outstanding practice in learning, behaviour management and care
• Acting as Key Person, maintaining accurate learning and development records
• Ensuring the environment is safe, welcoming, and meets all health and safety requirements

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Maternity Cover)

Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 20 hours per week
Pay: £12.71p/h

Ideal Candidate:
• A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
• At least 1 years’ experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery setting
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine love for working with children

Responsibilities:
• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Keeping development records up to date
• Ensuring the environment is safe, welcoming, and meets all health and safety requirements
• Working closely with your team to follow nursery policies and Ofsted requirements
